Ordering Process
Initial Inquiry
Clients may discover us through various channels such as advertisements, social media, or Alibaba. They can request our catalog and price list, and visit our factory to better understand our products, materials, and production capabilities.
Design Development
After agreeing to proceed, clients provide product drawings or samples. Our team reviews and offers technical advice. If only an idea is available, we assist in visualizing it. Both sides finalize design, structure, color, quantity, and quality expectations.
Deposit
Once design and requirements are confirmed, clients make a deposit of at least 30% of the order value, or 100% if producing samples only.
Sample Approval
Upon receiving the deposit, we produce samples within 7 to 30 days. We send the sample or detailed visuals for client approval. Revisions, if needed, are discussed and applied. Sample costs vary case by case.
Mass Production
After sample approval, we begin mass production. Lead time is 45 to 90 days depending on quantity and factory capacity.
Quality Control
Our QC team inspects all products to ensure quality. Third-party inspection is arranged if requested, after our internal QC.
Packing and Shipping
Products are packed, loaded into containers, and shipped. Our logistics team handles transportation and documents under any agreed incoterms.
Final Payment
The balance is paid after clients receive shipping documents or as per agreed terms. Sample and mold costs are deducted if MOQ is met.
