1. Packaging Consultation:

At the quotation stage, our experienced consultants engage with customers to select appropriate packaging. This decision considers the product line and specific requirements, aiming for cost-effective yet secure packaging. Heavy items like outdoor ceramics and cement pots are loaded on pallets, while lighter, high-end products such as fiberglass, fiberstone, and metal pots are packed in cartons. Especially, concrete furniture is packaged in both cardboard boxes and wooden crates or pallets.

2. Optimizing Container Loading Space:

Upon order placement, specialized tools are used to calculate the maximum load capacity of containers, effectively utilizing available space for the most efficient loading.

We use EasyCargo to simulate loading.

3. Execution and Supervision:

Following confirmation of the order, our staff designs and organizes the packing process.

We can design layouts for cardboard box if required.

Once the goods are produced and thoroughly inspected, our workers pack them according to the order’s requirements. Supervised by the packaging team captain, they ensure carton packaging is done correctly, using the appropriate foam and honeycomb cardboard. For pallets, they verify the quality of the wood and reinforce them securely.

4. Loading Process:

Before loading, workers inspect the container for cleanliness, tears, or dents. Once everything is deemed suitable, they meticulously load the goods onto the container following a calculated diagram.

5. Fumigation for Regulatory Compliance:

If the container contains wooden packaging, the last step involves fumigation, adhering to the regulations of the importing country. Container fumigation is the treatment of a commodity within a shipping container or the container itself to eliminate the risk of pests or disease from entering or leaving the country or state. This process is executed by affiliated fumigation units with extensive experience and a commitment to professional service.
